Uses: It is the material of Phosphorus oxychloride and metaphosphoric acid, acrylate, surfactant, dehydrating agent, desiccant, antistatic agent, refining of medicines and sugar, analytical reagent.
Physical and chemical properties: In normal condition, it is one kind of white crystalline powder, and is easy to deliquescence. Density 0.9g/cm3, Sublimation at 300 ℃. Melting point 580-585℃. Vapor pressure 133.3Pa (384℃) .
Storage and transportation: corrosive goods. Packing method: (Ⅱ) Class. Stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Far away from inflammable and alkaline substances. Load & unload gently, avoid breakage. Sealed tightly, avoid rain and moisture.
Shelf period: May to September can be stored for 30 days;October to April can be stored for 60 days; or six months in sealed drum.
